So no one really has a $$ goal then? I guess that should make me feel better, but it doesn't. Anyone?

Yup. I switched to Capital One and am pretty happy about it. Got a sign up bonus too. I've seen Chase offer sign up bonuses as well.

Very true. At the very least do your homework. If you have a lot of extra money you don't have to wait but you might be surprised how much work goes into it. Still though with renting you get to rely on a landlord.. that goes away with home ownership.

Anyone here have a retirement plan and if so how much money do you deem enough to retire on? I listen to a lot of financial people on setting retirement goals but I always find that every time I make a plan, it has to be completely updated after a few years! Life happens and laughs at my plans.

good to know! I think I've been overpaying for a long time. I hear those ads all the time but figured it was too good to be true kinda thing. Going to consider doing this now, thanks.

Thinking about investing into some blue chip stocks like tesla, disney, etc.. what are the best apps or websites to do this? Want to pay the lowest fees and use something that's super easy to navigate. Anyone help greatly appreciated!!

I can't find this info easily online, figure I would ask here. Is there a max number of people you can claim and get a stimulus check for, with the $1400?

What if you qualify for the full amount, are married and let's say you have 8 kids. Would that mean you would be getting as a household $1400 x 8 = $11,200? Or is there a limit to how many each household can claim and get a check for?

Yeah it's up to $1400 per individual so a two parent households with say 2 kids would get upwards of $5600.
