Does anyone have any tips for me about this? I'm thinking about building a house specifically with it in mind to make money on. I don't plan to live in the house at all. I plan to build it and start making money on it right away. I just don't know if it's best to plan to sell the house as soon as it's finished. Or if I should try to rent it or even make it like a air bnb type thing. I know it'll take a while for a profit with the air bnb or renting. I could probably make money if I sold it as soon as I finished it. I don't know. I definitely need to research it more before I jump in. But was hoping for some tips if anyone has any.

I would consider the market you are selling it in and what the housing market in that area has done the last year or so. Wouldn't hurt talking to a realtor as well to see what their take on the market is right now too, and where they expect it to be in 6 months and a year from now.

If the market is at a relative high and it could go down then selling immediately would make a lot of sense. But if your investment can make you even more money just by renting it out for a year and then selling it when its worth a lot more than I would do that.

thanks for the advice. I guess I should do a whole lot more research before I make any decision.
